Calum McKenzie
Calum hails from the stoabie area of Dundee and claims not to have come from Mexico. His fingertips were initially used by local industry for holding hot rivets and red hot coals until he discovered the bass. He plays double bass for local Djangoists "Havana Swing" and plays electric and sings, for Ceilidh outfit "Cutting Edge". He recorded double bass at the Forge for "New Day", nailing the part quickly. Calum likes to discuss developments in the caravanning world and prodigously produces unusual aroma's which he hopes to market to the fragrance industry .... to date only Baxters soups and the Environmental health dept have expressed any interest. He is also a wonderful singer. |
