| John was the drummer at the session in july 07 at the Sound Cafe and was given a pair of headphones and foldback along with the titles and a chart. John understands me and yet we're not married, consequently he delivers a class performance in the studio and live, without stress, anxiety, or alimony. The drums and percussion were recorded in New Zealand through the winter of 08/09. I emailed him the June 08 sessions with, Me , Brian, and Mario for "Jazz Musician Sings", "Must have been a Cowboy" , "Shadows in the Dark" and "Time goes" ....... via Skype we recorded his parts, emailed the recordings back to me ...... et voila .... When not working as composer-in-residence for Wellington University, he likes anything to do with the great outdoors, doting over his family and most forms of mischief. |
